Planned Suspension of Sanyo Shinkansen Operations Due to the Approach of Typhoon No. 10
- August 30th (Friday)
- Sanyo Shinkansen Services will be suspended between Hiroshima and Hakata stations from the first train to the last train. Between Shin-Osaka and Hiroshima stations, operations will be significantly reduced.
- Tokaido Shinkansen Due to heavy rain affecting the Shizuoka area and other regions, services have been suspended. As a result, the Sanyo Shinkansen will only operate between Shin-Osaka Station and Hakata Station, with no direct services with the Tokaido Shinkansen for the entire day. Please refrain from traveling east of Nagoya towards Tokyo until the full operation of the Tokaido Shinkansen is resumed.
- Kyushu Shinkansen Services will be suspended for the entire day.
