JR West to Launch “ONE PIECE Shinkansen Special Zones” at All 19 Sanyo Shinkansen Stations Starting July 30

JR West will launch the "ONE PIECE Shinkansen Special Zone" at all 19 stations along the Sanyo Shinkansen line starting Wednesday, July 30, 2025.

Installation Schedule

Welcome Art – Straw Hat Crew on the “Grand Rail”

Specially illustrated artwork featuring the Straw Hat Pirates traveling along the Sanyo Shinkansen on the "ONE PIECE Shinkansen." Each artwork integrates local foods, landmarks, and scenic views. A unified design appears at all 19 stations.

Station-Specific Collaborative Visuals

Each station is themed after a different arc from ONE PIECE, complete with iconic quotes and memorable scenes. There are 19 unique visuals, one at each station—visit them all to see which scene corresponds to which station!

Original Sightseeing Maps

Custom sightseeing maps highlight local attractions around each station, introduced by characters from ONE PIECE. These maps serve both as collectible items and handy travel guides.
