Omiya Bonsai Village – Saitama

Located in Kita Ward of Saitama City, just north of Tokyo, Omiya Bonsai Village is Japan’s premier destination for bonsai enthusiasts. Formed in the 1920s, it is a quiet, green neighborhood where bonsai professionals and gardeners live and operate their studios. It’s a rare place where you can immerse yourself in the living tradition of bonsai—the Japanese art of growing miniature trees in containers.


What is Omiya Bonsai Village?
